Our February Newsletter!

Hi Everyone!

On this grey and rainy Sunday I hope that your heart and feet are warm and cozy.

We’ve been quite busy in the past weeks and I have some good news to report.


First of all, as I promised in the January newsletter, time for CAST ANNOUNCEMENT!

Our talented actors are:


JED SHARDLOW, who will play GIL, the older brother.



Jed trained at The Oxford School Of Drama. His theatre credits include: Niv in Philistines, Romeo in Romeo & Juliet, Greg in Reasons To Be Pretty, John in After Miss Julie and Macduff/Malcom in Macbeth, which he played at The Globe and The Greenwich Theatre.

Most recently he played Hovstad in An Enemy of the People - for which he was nominated for an Off West End Award for Supporting Male.

Jed also played PT Male Stella in the feature film How To Talk To Girls At Parties, and Edward in the short film Exit Chip.


JOSEPH VAUGHAN is our NILS, the younger brother



Joseph Vaughan is an actor who began his career performing in various acting roles amongst the classical/contemporary dance community on stage and screen, including playing 'The Young Prince' in Matthew Bourne's Film Adaptation of ''Swan Lake (2013), and the 2012 stage adapatation of Kenneth MacMillan's Prince of the Pagodas as 'The Page of the East' at the Royal Opera House. He then went on to train at Central School of Ballet & Dresden's Paluuca University, before returning to the dramatic stage in 2019 for 'The Moon King', an original production about Ludwig II, 'Peregrine's Progress' an original drama performed at the Arcola Theatre, and an adaptation of 'She Stoops to Conquer'. Other Credits include: 'Late Night' (2019).


PAUL WHITE is ARNAUD their father and AROUNIAN their colourful neighbor



Paul has appeared in productions at the Lyric Hammersmith, the Pleasance Theatre Kings Cross, New Wimbledon Studio Theatre, the South London Theatre, The Bread and Roses Clapham, The Lion and Unicorn Theatre Islington, the Courtyard Theatre Spitalfields, the Space Wapping. And most recently at the Putney Arts Theatre, where Paul played foul-mouthed, bull headed, overbearing academic Christopher, in Nina Raine’s Tribes.Paul has also featured in many short films, most recently playingthe  movie mogul J. Arthur Rank.


Work has already started and we all met on Tuesday for a productive read through of the play. We will also meet for two workshops on the 22nd and 29th of February, and rehearsal itself will start from the 16th of March. Really looking forward to it!
